Luke 2:8-20
Christmas is:
1. A Time to Ponder verse 19
"But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart"
Pondered - literally: To place together for comparison
2. A Time to Marvel verse 18
"And all those who heard it marveled at those things which were told them by the shepherds"
Marveled - literally: to wonder at, marvel, admire
3. A Time to Praise verse 20
"Then the shepherds returned returned, glorifying God and praising God for the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them"
4. A Time to Tell verse 17
"Now when they had seen Him, they made widely know the syaing which was told them concerning this Child"
"Made widely known" - - literally: to make thoroughly known
5. A Time to Find Jesus verse 16
Amplified: "So they went with haste, (and by searching) found Mary and Joseph and the Baby lying in a manger"
