Directions to First Baptist Church, Tallassee

First Baptist is located on the west side of town, just past Community Hospital and Tallassee Elementary School

Follow highway 14 to Tallassee. In Tallassee you will pass the football stadium on your left, then McDonalds - then you will come to a light with First Methodist Church in sight. Turn RIGHT onto Friendship Road (also known as County Road 8). Pass funeral home on your left and go up the hill.
Pass Community Hospital on your left and Tallassee Elementary School on your right. Just on top of the hill, you will see the church building on your left.
Coming in through town, you will cross the bridge
overlooking Thurlow Dam. You will pass Tallassee High School on your right, then go through a light at the intersection with a Shell station.
This is Friendship Road
(also known as County Road 8).
Pass funeral home on your left and go up the hill.
Pass Community Hospital on your left and Tallassee Elementary School on your right. Just on top of the hill, you will see the church building on your left.

 Tallassee is about eight miles north of the Tallassee exit (exit number 26) on I-85. When you come to the first traffic light from Interstate 85, turn LEFT at the traffic light (Shell station to your left and First Methodist Church to your right). You will be turning left onto Friendship Road (also known as County Road 8). Pass funeral home on your left and go up the hill.
Pass Community Hospital on your left and Tallassee Elementary School on your right. Just on top of the hill, you will see the church building on your left.
